Lost Letter from Ping

Anyone who purchases a copy of Blood Brothers at the official Melbourne Writers Festival bookshop, Dymocks at Federation Square will also receive a copy of a lost letter from Ping.

Blood Brothers is the 4th book in the Dragonkeeper series, and it is set 400 years after the end of Dragon Moon. Readers often ask me, What happened to Ping? This letter reveals some details of Ping’s life.

See sidebar to the right for my Melbourne Writers Festival appearances. You can book tickets here.

  1. I already have the blood brothers book, but I really want to find out what happened to ping. is there any other way to get the lost letter?

  2. That looks really interesting! I just read Blood Brothers a couple of weeks ago, and I’m just amazed at the quality of the story telling you’ve brought through from the first Dragonkeeper novels. At first I disliked Tao, something about his reluctance to accept the fact that he should be Dragonkeeper I think, but towards the end of the novel I began to like him more. And now I’m hoping there’ll be more books featuring Tao and Kai! 😀

Well done at creating yet another masterpiece, Carole!!!

  3. Travis,
Great to hear from you. Glad you liked Blood Brothers and that you came to like Tao in the end. I am thinking about another book.

  4. I really would like to find out what happened to Ping bu I can’t come to the festival or anything because I live somewhere else so How would I find out?????

  5. I love ping the most. I wish she didn’t leave kai. No offense, but ping’s story is way better than tao’s story. I wish ping was real. I love your dragonkeeper series and plz don’t stop writing about the dragonkeeper series. I luv it! 🙂

  6. Heyo I haven’t read blood brothers and I soooooooooooooooo want to read the lost letter from ping. I really want you to put it in ur web right now?!!!!!!!

  7. Destiny,
It is already on my website. Look in Downloads.Only read it if you’ve read the other three books. It has spoilers in it.

  8. I have always loved your books! I found them when my teacher was reading them to our class. I am now addicted to them. I have read the series at least 9 times. Which is nothing compared to my friend, who has read them at least a total of 16 times! Maybe even more. Since the age of 8, we have been carrying around these books everywhere we go! My bag gets so heavy! And could you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write one more? I want to read about Kai and the other dragons a bit more.

    Hope you are well,
    Sophie
